In-Office Whitening
Procedure:
Thorough cleansing and polishing of teeth
Application of gum protectant
Application of whitening agent
Whitening agent is light-activated
Whitening agent is left on teeth for several minutes
Teeth and gums are rinsed
The steps are then repeated until patient achieves the desired shade.
Post-Procedure Care
There might be some transient teeth sensitivity after the procedure which will resolve within a few days.
Avoid either too cold or too hot food and beverages.
Avoid also food and drinks that will re-stain the teeth for at least 1 week.

Coffee and tea
Red wine
Food coloring
Any bright-colored drinks
